I have to-day visited the Tung Wah Hospital and found the wards clean and in good order. It is now some time since my last visit to the hospital and it is now certainly cleaner than formerly. The patients seemed to be contented with their treatment.

Jeyes fluid was already in free use. The directors have now arranged for the use of a disinfectant powder in addition to the liquid disinfectant.

"Ko Fong Wards".
This matter has been prominently before the Directors during the year, but they have not been able to face the question on account of the other very considerable improvements they have had on hand. It cannot reasonably be pressed so near the end of their term of office.
